4-Week Installation Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Guarantee Period
The 4-week guarantee period begins immediately after the final sign-off of the project by the customer*.

Project Completion Definition
We guarantee to have 90% substantial completion of your project within 4 weeks. We strive to ensure that all major aspects meet our high-quality standards, with any remaining tasks being minor and not impacting the overall functionality.

Guarantee Obligation
If Hi-Tech Energy Windows & Doors fails to meet the installation guarantee as specified, the customer will be entitled to receive a $500 WestJet gift card as compensation.

Eligibility Criteria
This guarantee applies exclusively to installations booked and completed under the New Winter Program by April 1st, 2025.

The guarantee is valid only for projects that have received final approval and sign-off from the customer. Minimum order of $4800, pretax. The program covers standard window and door packages only and does not apply to customized orders.

Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover delays or issues caused by:

  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather conditions).
  • Supply chain disruptions beyond our control.
  • Changes to the project scope initiated by the customer after the final sign-off.
  • Improper maintenance or misuse of the installed products by the customer.
  • Structural issues or unforeseen conditions discovered during installation, such as rotten studs or compromised walls, which may require additional work or delays to ensure proper installation.
  • The customer must also be available at all reasonable times for installation.

*Once installation date has been confirmed, any customer changes could affect the 4 week guarantee.
